Exchange Only Policy

We offer exchange only. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

 

Exchange Window

• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

• Requests made after this period will not be accepted

 

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

• The product should be in original condition without any damage or alterations

 

Applicable Cases

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• Defective product

• Damaged product

• Incorrect item received

All other requests (such as change of mind, preference, or styling issues) are not eligible for exchange.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are required to ship the product back at their own cost

• We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking

 

Exchange Process

1. Raise a request within 5 days of delivery

2. Share your order ID along with images/videos of the product

3. Once approved, ship the product to the provided address

4. After a quality check, the replacement product will be dispatched

 

Additional Notes

• Exchange is subject to product availability

• If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and photography

• Minor irregularities in fabric or weave are not considered defects
